Production & Test Engineer

As a Production and Test Engineer, you play a key role in both product testing and optimizing production processes. What are you going to do?
In this role, you are responsible for both testing and production activities:
- Perform functional and system tests on PCBA / motherboard products;
- Analyze and improve production processes and workflows;
- Identify and troubleshoot errors; perform root cause analyses;
- Create, maintain, and manage test procedures and production documentation;
- Manage and maintain testing and production equipment;
- Guide junior engineers and production colleagues in analysis and process improvements;
- Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and process adjustments;
- Collaborate with production, test, and engineering teams to optimize quality, efficiency, and delivery times.

Where will you work?
Our client is a high-tech manufacturing company in the ’s‑Hertogenbosch area that develops and produces innovative products. Quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement are central. As a Production & Test Engineer, you contribute to the success of both product development and production processes.
What do we ask?- A technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Several years of experience in test engineering or production environments;
- Knowledge of PCBA / motherboard products or experience with production processes is a plus;
- Experience with scripting (Linux, JavaScript) and data analysis is an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and process-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Proactive and precise work attitude with strong attention to quality.
