Marketing Manager
Following the maternity cover period, the role is expected to continue under a regular contract.
You will split your time evenly between:
- Asset Impact Marketing – executing go-to-market campaigns and product marketing for the Asset Impact team and product line, aligning with GRESB’s brand and tone while advancing the distinct identity and mission of Asset Impact.
- Growth Marketing – designing, testing, and scaling marketing programs to generate and convert leads across GRESB, with a focus on optimizing CRM, email automation, and paid channels.
This role is ideal for a performance-oriented marketer who can blend creativity with data-driven experimentation and thrives in a cross-functional, international team.
What You Will Do
Asset Impact Marketing (50%)- Translate complex climate and financial data into accessible messaging and marketing collateral
- Support the creation of key messaging, sales materials, digital content, thought leadership, and case studies aligned with commercial priorities
- Coordinate industry engagement and key regional event sponsorship and partnerships to support lead generation
- Coordinate product launches and multi-channel campaigns, working with subject matter experts, sales, and product teams
- Improve the lead generation funnel for GRESB—designing and optimizing campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, and gated content
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to define target audiences, messaging, and campaign objectives
- Set up and optimize performance marketing channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) and report on ROI
- Work with our CRM, website, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) to implement and improve lead capture, scoring, and nurturing flows
- Use data and experimentation to continuously refine tactics, test messaging, and improve conversion rates
- 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, with a proven track record in content creation and lead generation or growth marketing
- Ideally, experience in the finance or banking industry with exposure to sustainability strategies
- Strong grasp of CRM systems, funnel analytics, and marketing automation (preferably Salesforce/Pardot)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills—able to distill technical topics into persuasive messages
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across global teams
- Experience running paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) and SEO/content strategies
