Warehouse Shift Manager

What are you going to do?
As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you are responsible for managing the daily warehouse activities. You maintain oversight and ensure that everything runs efficiently, safely, and according to plan.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and optimizing daily warehouse operations and workflows;
- Managing, coaching, and developing warehouse staff;
- Responsible for workforce planning, productivity, and performance management;
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and operational standards;
- Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics processes;
- Ensuring proper maintenance and availability of equipment.
- Salary between €40.000,- and €45.000,- gross per year;
- Full-time position where you'll get directly under contract at the client;

- Good command of Dutch and/or English;
