About the Role
We are seeking an All-round Pension Administration Employee to join a dynamic pension administration team supporting participants through various pension-related processes. The organisation is evolving into a more service-oriented environment with a strong customer-focused approach, especially in preparation for the implementation of the new pension system.
The team consists of professionals working across three key focus areas:
- Pension payment checks and corrections
- Retirement applications and pension calculations
- Support for retired participants, including payment and account-related queries
Successful candidates may support any of these focus areas depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to pension participants
- Analyse data and complex pension-related matters and ensure appropriate follow-up actions
- Collaborate actively with team members and provide guidance where needed
- Support onboarding and on-the-job training of colleagues
- Monitor workflow progress and report updates to the team manager
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
- Independently prioritise and manage daily workload
- Support the improvement of operational processes within the department
- Demonstrable HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented, solution-driven, and detail-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Eagerness to learn and master new subject matter
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Hybrid working model with 2 days per week onsite in Heerlen
- Travel may be required (approximately 25%–50%)
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment focused on customer service excellence
