AI Product Manager

Ultimately, you will lead the charge in making data-driven decisions that propel our product initiatives and set Sirius Growth Testing apart as a leader in AI-driven staffing solutions.

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the staffing and recruiting space.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements using data-driven methods.
• Create detailed product specifications and ensure alignment with user experience design.
• Set measurable goals for the AI product performance and analyze results to inform future enhancements.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and to develop effective training materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, particularly in AI or software development.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in staffing and recruiting.
• Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps with a strategic focus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
