Push your boundaries as a Front Desk Assistant in Logistics

As a front desk assistant in our organization, you will greet drivers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. You’ll be the first point of contact and ready to assist them. Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming drivers and visitors at the reception
• Providing information about locations, routes, and procedures
• Directing drivers to the correct location within our logistics center
• Processing required documents and performing administrative tasks
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Maintaining order and cleanliness at the reception desk

Job Requirements:

• You speak dutch and enligsh
• You work accurately and have attention to detail
• You are able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• You are reliable and motivated to meet daily targets
• You can work well both independently and as part of a team
• You are physically able to perform standing work
• Experience in production, logistics, or packing is an advantage, but not required
