In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and social media, handling inquiries, processing orders, managing returns, and resolving complaints with a clear, friendly, and efficient approach. You’ll keep customer information accurate and up to date and collaborate with various departments to ensure swift and effective solutions.
