Manager Factory Engineering
As a Digital and E&A Engineering Manager, you will lead the electrical, automation and digitalization scope of a large-scale strategic investment project. You will drive the implementation of smart factory technologies, advanced automation systems and future-ready digital solutions.

Drive the design and implementation of electrical and automation infrastructures; Develop and execute digitalization and smart factory roadmaps; Define automation architectures including PLC, SCADA, MES and data integration systems; Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and technical deliverables; Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and system integrators; Oversee installation, commissioning, testing and start-up activities; Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and company requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field; ~8–12 years of experience in electrical and automation engineering within industrial environments; ~ Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, MES and industrial automation systems; ~ Experience with electrical infrastructure, power distribution and industrial networks; ~ Understanding of machinery safety standards and industrial cybersecurity; ~ Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
