HR Officer

As an HR Generalist, you are a key player within the HR department. You ensure that all HR processes run smoothly and support colleagues and management with a wide range of HR-related matters.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Daily management of the HR department
- Coordinating payroll administration across multiple countries
- Managing pension schemes and insurances
- Acting as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
- Ensuring compliance with local, national, and international labor legislation
- Managing and updating personnel files and HR documentation
- Supporting recruitment & selection, from job posting to onboarding
- Providing a warm and well-organized onboarding process
- A full-time position within an international organization with a family-oriented atmosphere
- Direct contract with the client
- Salary indication between €3,000 and €3,400 gross per month
- 27 vacation days
- 8% holiday allowance

- You have a strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
