EMC Test Engineer

As an EMC Test Engineer within our independent Quality Lab (QLAB), you play a critical role in ensuring the safety of patients and healthcare workers worldwide. You will support internal Philips customers by verifying that medical devices comply with the latest international Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) standards.
The QLAB is an IEC/ISO 17025 compliant facility and operates as a Customer Test Facility (CTF) assessed annually by certifying agencies. You will be part of a small, independent team that has a direct impact on the market release of life-saving medical technology.You will work with a wide variety of products, ensuring no two days are exactly the same in our state-of-the-art facility.

- Bachelor’s (BSc) or Master’s (MSc) in Electronic Engineering or a related field with minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in EMC Testing.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and global regulatory affairs viz IEC, ISO etc.
- High attention to detail with a "Quality-first" mindset; disciplined and accurate in documentation.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); ability to explain technical findings to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain high standards under project time pressure.
