Wat ga je doen?

DHL Supply Chain is looking for dedicated Logistics Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Weert. Here you will be part of a small team of 10 to 15 people, performing key tasks throughout the logistics process, including loading and unloading goods, order picking, quality checks, and preparing shipments.

Working Schedule:

• Full-time positions (40 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday, rotating two-shift pattern:
• Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00
• Week 2: 15:00 – 00:00
• Occasional weekend work flexibility is required.

Your Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods using Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT)
• Performing physical warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 20kg
• Picking orders using scanners
• Using software such as SAP, Excel, and Outlook
• Preparing shipments for dispatch
• Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods
• Conducting quality and damage control checks

Wie ben je?

• Experience in a logistics environment (a plus, but not required)
• MHE certification (an advantage, but not essential)
• Reliable transportation (car or bike) to accommodate shift hours
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg
• A flexible and proactive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Competitive hourly wage of €15.21

• +30% for hours worked after 18:00
• +50% on Saturdays
