We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on backend sales operations, ensuring accurate management of sales opportunities, strong pipeline hygiene, and timely issue resolution.
What You'll Be Doing- Prepare and validate revenue recognition data for client approval in collaboration with internal operations teams
- Monitor revenue metrics, including actuals and scheduled billings, and review quoting tools and pipeline data to identify gaps or duplications
- Support sales management with accurate forecasting insights and reports
- Perform regular pipeline hygiene checks (missing close plans, overdue opportunities) and coordinate with sellers to resolve issues
- Investigate and resolve billing and invoicing issues (adjustments, disputes, credits) together with finance and operations teams
- Support the forecasting process by participating in closing calls, tracking deal progress, and preparing forecast documentation
- Manage support tickets related to pricing, tool issues, quote updates, and billing escalations
- Proactively track deal progress and collaborate with quoting teams and management to ensure smooth deal preparation and closure
- Generate and share reports related to pipeline health and billing readiness, ensuring timely seller action in the CRM system
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or outsourcing environments is an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
