The hotel will soon undergo a major refurbishment and will be rebranded as NYX Hotel Utrecht City Center. As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the team through this transformation, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.This is a unique chance to lead a hotel into a new era and put your mark on a vibrant lifestyle brand.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As General Manager, you will lead the team at Leonardo Hotel Utrecht City Center. Guest satisfaction is your number one priority, and you are happy to go the extra mile for it. You guide and motivate your colleagues to provide the absolute best service to guests every day.You are not hesitant to assist in operations and are simultaneously the face of the hotel to the outside world. You will set the policy and ensure its implementation. You are ultimately responsible for determining and achieving the established revenue and profit targets.
During the refurbishment and rebranding, you will also:
- Oversee transformation projects: ensuring operations continue smoothly during renovations.
- Champion the NYX brand launch: embedding its lifestyle-driven identity into the team culture.
- Engage staff and guests: keeping morale high and communication clear throughout the transition.
