As a key supplier to food service businesses across Europe, they are investing in innovation and new product development to drive customer growth within the Netherlands.

Functie
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance the brand within the food service sector across Europe
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of chefs and end users
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align brand strategies with sales objectives and drive business growth
  • Lead the development of New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, working with cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain, and marketing
  • Ensure successful execution of NPD projects within the market, from concept to launch
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the food service sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including chefs, distributors, and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Oversee the development of promotional materials and product launches
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Analyse and report on the performance of brand initiatives and campaign
  • Travel as needed (1-2 times per month) to meet with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with teams in the UK and EU
Profiel
  • 5+ yrs experience in food service B2B brand marketing within a manufacturer or major food chain (ideally with QSR exposure)
  • Strong understanding of the European food service market and culinary trends
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills
  • Proven analytical skills to measure impact and translate data and consumer insights into concrete and actionable plans for internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record in launching NPD from ideation to execution in market, delivering sales growth through food service channels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an evolving growth map
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to craft compelling narratives for customers
  • Fluent in English (fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (1-2 times per month) to engage with customers and support business growth initiatives
