Functie

In this role as Production Leader a.i. you will:

• Accountable for production performance based on Cost, Organisation, Quality, Information, Time and Health & Safety
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency
• Contribute to product innovation and development
• Responsible for output, productivity, and margin control based on calculations
• Coordinate procurement of materials and labor
• Maintain and manage supplier relationships
• Lead and coach team leads on the production floor
• Participate in structural/operational meetings

Profiel

For this role as Production Leader a.i. you need:

• Experience leading teams in a production environment
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on mindset
• Process-driven with a continuous improvement focus
• Financial awareness (costs, margins, efficiency)
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch
