Following the successful close of our first funding round, we’re entering a rapid growth phase. With strong traction and a proven product, we’re now looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founding team across key strategic and operational areas - including product, growth, marketing, and investor relations.
This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven legal tech startup at the ground level and play a pivotal role in shaping our journey - at the crossroads of technology, digital rights, and the creator economy.
Tasks
What you’ll do- Work side-by-side with the founders on high-impact projects across product, operations, and go-to-market strategy
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform product development and positioning
- Coordinate and help execute marketing and growth initiatives, from creator outreach to campaign tracking
- Support investor communications, pitch preparation, and fundraising efforts
- Own internal processes and help build scalable systems as we grow
- Act as a sparring partner to the founders, contributing ideas, insights, and critical thinking to key decisions
- Help manage strategic partnerships and explore new business opportunities
- Adapt quickly to new challenges and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment
This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, analytical, and excited to help build something from the ground up.
Requirements
What we’re looking for- A generalist mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action
- Entrepreneurial spirit — you thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and move fast
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (German is a plus)
- A sharp analytical brain with a hands-on attitude — you can research, synthesize, and execute
- Interest in tech, startups, and the creator economy — bonus if you’ve built something yourself
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfort working directly with founders and contributing across teams (product, marketing, ops, etc.)
- Previous startup, VC, consulting, or business-building experience is a plus — but attitude and potential matter more than your CV
- German is a Plus
