Financial Controller (Dutch Speaker) / Oil & Gas

Our client is a growing company in oil & gas industry

• Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/Dutch GAAP and local statutory requirements
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
• Support financial planning and strategic decision-making
• Ensure internal controls and risk management procedures are maintained
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and commercial departments
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a financial controlling role
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
