HR Business Partner Tesla

What are you going to do?
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams across the organization. In this truly generalist role, you will support multiple business areas while helping drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and acting as a strategic HR partner to leaders
- Driving the local implementation of key HR initiatives aligned with Tesla’s broader people strategy
- Coaching and developing leaders to strengthen management capability and team performance
- Using data and insights to shape people initiatives that support business outcomes
- Advising on organizational effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement
