On behalf of Synthon, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with a primary focus on ethics and compliance. A role where legal expertise directly contributes to responsible growth in an international pharmaceutical company.
The Position
You are part of Synthon's Legal department and engaged in a wide range of legal activities. Your main focus is ethics and compliance, where you will strengthen and further professionalize the company's framework. You ensure that integrity and responsible business practices are firmly embedded across the organization.
Responsibilities
Your work includes drafting policies, implementing procedures, conducting investigations and advising on diverse compliance topics. You will also prepare training materials and provide training to increase awareness within the company.
In addition, you contribute to other legal activities, such as drafting and negotiating sales and supply chain agreements and advising on various legal matters.
