The organization operates in a lean, international environment with close collaboration between European entities and headquarters in Asia.

• IT Operations: Ensure the stability and performance of IT systems across European entities and coordinate internationally
• IT Architecture and Infrastructure Management: Advise in shaping and maintaining a fit-for-purpose IT environment; maintain and optimize infrastructure
• Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Managed Service Providers (MSP), monitoring performance and service quality
• User Support: Provide hands-on support in the Amsterdam office and assist users with technical issues
• Security & Compliance: Support and maintain cyber security standards and ensure adherence to GDPR and data protection requirements
• IT Controls: Ensure appropriate IT controls are in place and effectively maintained
• Audit Support: Assist with execution and follow-up of IT audits
• Project Coordination: Support and lead implementation of IT tools, upgrades, and improvements
• Management Support: Provide practical input to CFO and senior leadership on IT-related matters
• International Coordination: Liaise with headquarters on IT-related topics where relevant

• Experience: 5-8+ years in IT Management, ideally within real estate, hospitality, family office, or multi-entity SME environment
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects from start to finish within budget
• Technical Breadth: Solid hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365/Azure, and modern SaaS applications Compliance & Security: Understanding of cyber security best practices and practical knowledge of GDPR requirements
• Controls: Understanding of IT controls, risk management, and compliance requirements
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues
• Mentality: Self-starter with a solutions-oriented attitude; thrives in a lean environment
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is essential; Additional languages relevant to the European entities are a plus.
