For our customer in Rijswijk, we are looking for an HR assistant (32-40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Support: Help with employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration: Keep employee records updated and assist with payroll and benefits.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize team events and support company activities.
  • Event Planning: Plan and manage company events, including logistics and budgets.
  • Tax Support: Assist employees with tax declarations and work with external tax advisors.

  • 1+ year of experience in HR, event management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
