As Marketing Manager, you strengthen Rockpanel’s marketing execution across European markets by supporting, coaching, and aligning the local MarCom network. You act as the operational bridge between local market teams, global priorities, and digital marketing, helping ensure campaigns and initiatives are rolled out consistently, efficiently, and with strong local impact.

You also facilitate collaboration across markets by sharing best practices, successful approaches, and learnings that help raise the overall execution standard throughout the MarCom network.
In addition, you help strengthen communication and alignment between technical functions and local MarCom teams by translating technical or regulatory developments into clear and practical market guidance.Support and coach local MarCom teams in campaign implementation and execution; Improve execution consistency, quality, and speed across markets; Facilitate alignment between global priorities, digital marketing, and local market teams; Support local teams with prioritization and operational clarity; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or another relevant field; ~ You are looking for a fulltime position; ~5-7 of experience in marketing, campaign management, MarCom, or commercial project coordination within an international environment; ~ Frequent travelling to our different marketing throughout Europe is not a problem for you; ~ Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
