Functie

In this role as Interim Teamlead Customer Service you will:

• Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high performance and productivity
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly and effectively
• Monitor and improve customer service processes to enhance client satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency
• Analyse customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Prepare and present reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Provide training and mentoring to team members to foster professional growth

Profiel

For this role as Interim Teamlead Customer Service:

• Relevant educational qualifications in a related field
• Experience in a leadership role within customer service, preferably in the industrial / manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Starrt date: ASAP
• Contract for 3-6 months
• Full time (40h)
