At SyncVR Medical, we’re building the XR operating system for European healthcare. Not just apps, but an ecosystem that brings VR and AR to the bedside and the classroom. More than 200 hospitals already use our platform to reduce pain, anxiety, and training time.

Now we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help more hospitals discover what’s possible when care meets immersion.

Build stories that move people and markets

You won’t be joining a marketing department buried in approvals. You’ll join a cross-functional team that works directly with clinicians, developers, and commercial leadership to bring immersive care to life.

We debate hard. We move fast. We build what we believe in. Our ecosystem already includes more than 40 developer partners and we’re just getting started.

Turn a new category into a movement

Most marketing roles focus on campaigns. This one shapes a category.

You’ll work at the intersection of brand, demand, and product. You’ll translate clinical outcomes into stories that make people care. You’ll connect data, creative, and customer insight to build momentum around a new idea: Immersive Care.

You’ll have real ownership and the creative freedom to prove what works.

Tasks

Your mission is to build a predictable growth engine and a premium healthcare brand.

You’ll
  • Design and run full-funnel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and events
  • Create stories, case studies, and short-form content that make clinicians stop scrolling
  • Improve our website and conversion paths through testing, analytics, and SEO
  • Build dashboards across Zoho CRM and analytics tools to track MQL → SQL → Pipeline
  • Support sales and product with launches, tenders, and narrative design
  • Co-market with partners and turn collaborations into growth

Success looks like growth you can measure and a story people remember.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS/healthtech digital marketing (hands-on + strategic).
  • Strength in demand gen, content, SEO/CRO, and marketing ops.
  • Tools: Tag Manager (or equivalent), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email automation; Zoho CRM a plus.
  • World-class writing: turn complex clinical/technical info into crisp, persuasive copy.
  • Data-driven: comfortable with funnels, attribution, dashboards, and experimentation.
  • Language: fluent English (Dutch or French a plus).
  • Bias for action, high ownership, startup pragmatism.
